Breeze Live: Bookmark Pod

The bookmark pod is an odd little number. It's not included in any standard layout so you'll need to do some layout customisation to get it to appear. When the presenter selects a bookmark, all participants fire a default browser window headed for the specified address. We use it more for a keeping tabs on bookmarks related to the project room and not so much for group surfing.

Breeze Live: Polling Pod

The polling pod is a great little addition to the meeting room. It's a sinch to set up, and a great way of adding a bit of democracy to your remote love-in. I've taken some screenshots of the pod from the presenter's perspective.

Breeze Live: file share pod

The file share pod is new to Breeze Live v4. It lets you upload any sort of file for sharing and download by other participants. Pretty much a meeting room drop-box. Because the meeting room is permanent it makes for an ideal place to keep relevant project files and specifications.

Latest version of Breeze Live on hosted servers

Well it's probably old news now for those folks already using Breeze Live, but the hosted Breeze Macromedia servers have been updated to use the latest version of Breeze Live. There have been some fantastic new additions to the whole environment. I'll blog some screen grabs of the latest pods and bits in the coming days.
